Creative Conflict is a process in which the participants put their heads together to develop solutions that are better than they could have discovered on their own. Competition shifts to cooperation. Rather than a battle for supremacy, the quest for resolution becomes a relationship, an adventure.

Jay will provide the seven behaviors to avoid and the eleven tools required to resolve conflict with gratifying results.
