Creative Conflict* is a process in which the participants put their heads together to develop solutions that are better than they could have discovered on their own. Competition shifts to cooperation. Rather than a battle for supremacy, the quest for resolution becomes a relationship, an adventure.
Jay will provide the seven behaviors to avoid and the eleven tools required to resolve conflict with gratifying results.
Participants will learn how to:
» Prevent conflicts they would have precipitated prior to this seminar/workshop
» Exercise control of themselves during conflict
» Use newly learned insight and skills to work more productively with peers
» Handle conflicts with colleagues
» Provide better customer service
*See information in section on Conflict Resolution for experience and credentials.
