Stress can be productive or destructive or both.  Destructive stress diminishes productivity and profit.  It takes its toll on employees health.  It shows itself in reduced concentration, needless mistakes, flawed products, customer complaints, time required to compensate for mistakes or faulty products, tardiness, absenteeism, accidents, injuries, and health care costs.

Jay will provide an awareness of various stressors and demonstrate techniques to reduce stress.

Employees will receive:
